As a daughter of the multiple Listed-placed NEAR GALANTE, NEAR LADY is from the highly successful family of NIGHTROCKETTE, which includes the champion horses NEXT DESERT and NEXT GINA as well as the Derby third NEAR HONOR. The five-time winning Gr.3 St. Leger winner NEAR ENGLAND, who has already produced five winners, is a full sister; the Gr.3-placed NEAR POET a half-brother.
NEAR LADY is in foal to the Gr.1-placed Shamardal son WALDPFAD, who belongs to the internationally successful W-family of the German champion mare WURFTAUBE.
