Wittekindshof-bred PAKISTAN STAR recently ended his illustrious racing career and moved into a box stall at Living Legends in Greenvale Victoria, Australia, as only the second German horse after Melbourne Cup winner Almandin. The nine-year-old was born in our stables in 2013 as the second foal of our two-time Listed winner NINA CELEBRE under the name Nina's Shadow and was knocked down at the Arqana Sale for €180,000 to the Hong Kong Jockey Club, from where he changed into the ownership of Kerm Din. For the latter, PAKISTAN STAR was successful twice at Gr.1 level, won 5 races total in 27 starts and placed 6 times and advanced to become the winningest racehorse bred in Germany.
The self-confident Shamardal son became something of a crowd favorite in his new home. Retired by his owner, the nine-year-old has now found his place with the Living Legends and it seems he has already won a place in the heart of his new team. On the website of the organization you can find only praising, positive and very warm words for PAKISTAN STAR.
