SWEET THOMAS takes stayer handicap at Rosehill

His trainer Matthew Smith and the Australian press were full of praise for Sweet Thomas after the nine-year-old former Wittekindshof runner recorded his second consecutive win in the AUS$125,000 Stayer Cup at Rosehill this morning German time. They called the Dylan Thomas son a rare breed of a thoroughbred, after he found his way back to the winner's circle despite carrying top weight and suffering a less than fortunate trip in the 3200 m handicap. We delight in the G3 German St. Leger winner's advertising our breeding operation Down Under.
